Founded in March of 2018, Rock Paper Taco is a local company with ambitions to serve the best tacos, margaritas, and cocktails around. From humble beginnings as a food trailer located at Tin Roof Brewing Company, Rock Paper Taco is expanding into a multi-location, brick and mortar restaurant offering creative craft margaritas and a variety of tacos to satisfy any craving. Each taco has their own hand sign like in the classic rock/paper/scissors game— but you can’t lose with whichever taco(s) you choose. Only using the freshest ingredients, we look to serve people with the perfect taco. Remember, Taco always wins!
